Katie’s Gluten free Delights started a year ago when I discovered that all my symptoms I was having were due to the gluten in my diet! When I cut out the gluten all my spots, stomach aches and night sweats went away! I started making cakes and treats when I discovered that the gluten free ones from super markets were expensive and not that nice!
